1. You must have a four-year Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning. Your major or discipline does not matter.
2. We require a course in microeconomic theory and a course in probability and statistics. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. Please contact our Program Coordinator if you have any questions.
3. We require the General GRE for all applicants. For score reporting, use the UW-Madison institution code of 1846.
4. You may not receive tuition remission from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. No TA-, RA-, or PA-ships from the University of Wisconsin are allowed.
4. If you are a non-native English speaker, you must take the TOEFL (minimum score of 92), the MELAB (minimum score of 82), or IELTS (minimum score of 7.0) exam. This requirement is waived for students who have studied for at least 2 semesters in the US or if English was the language of instruction for their undergraduate degree. For score reporting, use the UW-Madison institution code of 1846.
