Admission Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree completed or expected completion by start of the program
2. Prerequisites: Demonstrated knowledge of business fundamentals completed or expected completion by start of program. Examples include:
(1)Undergraduate degree with business major or minor
(2)Completion of a Certificate in Business at UW–Madison
(3)Completion of a Certificate in Entrepreneurship at UW–Madison
(4)College coursework in microeconomics, accounting, and finance
(5)Completion of REAL EST 306-The Real Estate Process, or equivalent
3. Standardized test scores:
GMAT or GRE test scores;
TOEFL or IELTS test scores; Applicants whose native language is not English or whose undergraduate instruction was not in English must complete either the Internet-based (100 or higher); Results of the IELTS (International English Language Testing System) or PTE (Pearson Test of English, institution code: NML-ZH-25) will also be accepted. An IELTS minimum score of 7.5 or higher, or a PTE Internet-based score of 73 or higher or paper-based score of 80 or higher, are required.
