Our immersive Master of Science in Human Resources (MSHR) program introduces the foundational scopes of talent management to meet organizational objectives as a strategic business leader. Offered in both a full-time or online format, students in our MSHR program will earn a degree focused on leadership development, values-based change management, and the practical application of human resources theory to real-world scenarios.
Students in the program become strategic partners who understand how the human resources function aligns with and supports business objectives. Aligned with SHRM HR Curriculum Guidelines, courses such as Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Human Resources Consulting and Managing Change will give you the knowledge and skills you need to apply your expertise to real-world consulting projects in coordination with global powerhouses, regional brands, and startups.
A GMAT or GRE score is not required.
